ATO flagship + creds depth. Synthesis of your Round-1 feedback.
Locked base in all three: Direction C's shell (teal flagship band, 2x2 pillar quadrant, big-hero-stat creds) + Direction B's detail depth, and the 5-layer explorer is now an explorative modal (focus trap, ESC, prev/next carousel across the five layers - Infrastructure -> Model -> Data -> IQ -> Knowledge). IQ Layer stays the hot layer. The three below differ only on the open forks: where the layer triggers live + how the modal navigates + the band's foundation visual. Open each, click a layer to open the modal, page through with prev/next, resize to phone width.
The five layers show as a permanent visible stack inside the teal band (base Infrastructure at the bottom, Knowledge at the top). Click any slab to open the carousel modal on that layer; page through with prev/next arrows + a 5-segment position rail. Band visual is hand-built HTML.
Open A →A compact row of 5 layer chips sits inside the pillar inset. Clicking one opens a wide two-column console modal - a layer-switcher rail on the left, detail canvas on the right (plus prev/next). The tightest band; the depth lives entirely in the overlay.
Open B →The band's foundation visual is a generated iLink-brand Excalidraw 5-layer diagram (not hand-built HTML). A legend row of 5 triggers below it - plus clickable hotspots on the diagram bands - open the same carousel modal. This is the direct /diagram-vs-HTML comparison you asked for.
